Our fee is marginal to the savings we achieve. We only charge 1.5% of the vehicle purchase price.

You can collect your vehicle directly from one of our preferred dealers or we can arrange delivery Australia wide.
When it comes to your trade-in vehicle, we can assist with the following two options:
‘Sell my Car’ - Our award-winning concierge service will facilitate the private sale of your vehicle.
‘Instant Sale’ – In order to get the best price for your trade-in we provide you access to our unique wholesale platform which stimulates real competition amongst the dealer network. To avoid any conflict of interest we do not hold stock or resell vehicles.
Of course, this is what sets Think Auto apart from the dealership model. We have access to a panel over 40 lenders. The lender will be determined by the applicants credit score, the amount borrowed and the age of the vehicle. Think Auto will usually engage with 3-4 suitable lenders to compare.

Documents required for the car loan application will depend on your profile, loan structure and previous credit history. Think Auto could require proof of ID (driver licence or passport), your personal and or company details, employment history, your current income, assets and liabilities. We will confirm the requirements with you upon your application.

Approval times will depend on the complexity of the application, however we aim to provide you with an answer as quickly as possible. Once approved and the paperwork is executed the funds are usually disbursed within 24 hours.
A balloon/residual payment is a loan structure designed to reduce your monthly repayments but has nominated lump sum payable at the end of the loan term. Please speak to a Think Auto consultant for further information.
Repayments can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly either by direct debit from your nominated bank account or BPAY.
